- Wij organiseren transport op basis van "van deur tot deur", wat betekent dat een busje naar het opgegeven adres in Polen komt en je naar het kantooradres in Nederland brengt.
- We bieden alle hulp bij het regelen van accommodatie en het organiseren van het verblijf gedurende de gehele werkperiode.
- De medewerker wordt ingewerkt op de werkplek, getraind en geïnformeerd over de taken en verantwoordelijkheden.
Aanvullende Ondersteuning
- Het openen van een bankrekening die nodig is voor salarisbetalingen.
- Het verkrijgen van een Nederlands BSN-nummer, gelijkwaardig aan het Poolse NIP.

- We provide all assistance in arranging accommodation and organizing the stay throughout the entire work period.
- The employee will be trained and informed about the tasks and responsibilities at the workplace.
Additional Support
- Opening a bank account necessary for salary payments.
- Obtaining a Dutch BSN number, equivalent to the Polish NIP.

Waar ga ik werken?
Motivo biedt werkgelegenheid in de land- en tuinbouwsector, met speciale aandacht voor werkzaamheden met bloembollen (tulpen, hyacinten, lelies) en de teelt van verschillende soorten rozen. We hebben een sterke positie op de markt omdat we een bedrijf zijn dat de verwachtingen van onze opdrachtgevers effectief vervult.
Onze belangrijkste opdrachtgevers en partners zijn bedrijven met een aanzienlijke positie, niet alleen op de Nederlandse markt. De langdurige en vruchtbare samenwerking met deze klanten (doelwerkgevers) stelt ons in staat met vertrouwen naar de toekomst te kijken en geeft ons economische stabiliteit. -
Voor welke periode wordt het arbeidscontract getekend?
Het contract wordt getekend voor een periode van 2 weken en wordt automatisch elke twee weken verlengd. Voorkeursperiode van tewerkstelling, die door alle partijen wordt gewaardeerd, is 12 weken of in overeenstemming met het seizoen en het contract van de beoogde werkgever. Er is ook de mogelijkheid om de duur van de tewerkstelling individueel af te stemmen.

Hoeveel zal ik verdienen?
Goed werk wordt beloond met een goed salaris voor onze werknemers. Het loonbeleid houdt rekening met de leeftijdsvereisten van de werknemer, verhogingen en bonussen. Helaas zijn er ook kortingen op het loon mogelijk voor personen die zich niet aan de vastgestelde regels houden of algemeen geldende voorschriften overtreden. Voor werknemers die een volledig begrip tonen van de bedrijfsactiviteiten, voorzien we extra motivaties, zowel materieel in de vorm van bonussen, als immaterieel, bijvoorbeeld uitstapjes naar toeristisch aantrekkelijke plaatsen in Nederland.
